Early morning walk along the marsh of Murrells Inlet - serene beauty! We arrived around 9 am in the still cool quiet morning. We parked at the dead end parking lot where there are clean modern restrooms, and the beginning of one of the many trails. This one took us through the woods along the shore of the inlet. We spotted many variety of marsh birds and a few woodland birds. The trail was a mile and a half long - flat but foot filled paths.
