If you don’t mind the smell of sewage it’s a good deal. The view of my room is a sewage plant that had to be within 100 feet of the window. They do have a washer and dryer and they do include breakfast.

Our trip to Hilton Head was interesting. This is a new hotel (warning , it’s behind Home 2 Suites so don’t go into the wrong one like we did)
Although it’s centrally located , there was definitely a weird smell from the chicken plant . The room was clean . We were put in a handicap room (did not request this ) which was a first for us . Water got everywhere from the shower and it wasn’t the cleanest . The TV was awkwardly located on the side of the bed . All things we could over look. Pool was clean . The worst thing though was that our AC stopped working in the middle of the night . Apparently it couldn’t accurately tell the temp in our room and it got really toasty . The staff didn’t believe us because “it’s a new hotel”. I guess in general the hotel isn’t the main attraction and overall we slept well

Brand new hotel. Excellent location. Super friendly staff. Beautiful rooms. Parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast is included. Fresh brewed coffee in the lobby. Quiet street. We Really enjoyed our stay. Strongly recommend it.
