The room was clean, spacious and updated. The staff were all very nice and helpful. They offer Starbucks coffee on the side near the kitchen & the guy that made it for me made it even better than Starbucks! They also have alcoholic drinks and snacks you can purchase. We took advantage of the exercise room before we left and it was also clean and well kept. The only downfall is that the only thing you can walk to from here is the cracker barrel but it is very close to drive to the mall area. So overall i would recommend this hotel to anyone looking in the area!

It sounds like you had a great time with our amenities (but sorry we weren't near a Cracker Barrell for you.) If you want, we can give you our top choices next time that compares to their dining. Pet friendly and very clean hotel. Bathroom impeccably clean. We had a king suite and it was perfect for a family of 3 and the complimentary breakfast was yummy. Staff very kind and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!

We traveled down from CT for the night for a wedding located next door to this hotel. I had made the reservation back in January, but when we got to the hotel a little after 3pm, our room wasn’t ready. We had to change for the wedding in the bathroom. The front desk was nice enough to hold onto our luggage for the time being. We went to the ceremony and came back to try and check in at 530pm. Our room still wasn’t ready. Finally we were able to check in after the reception, just in time to give us a place to rest our head for the night. All in all it’s a beautiful hotel. Our room was clean and all the amenities were there. Breakfast was great and the staff was as great as they could have been. It would have just been nice to be able to change in our room that we paid to start off.

We needed a room for our family of four and dog while traveling from Florida back home to NC. We decided on this hotel and couldn't have been more surprised at how nice it was. From the decor to the comfort and quality of our room to the level of customer service the staff provided we were truly blown away by our experience. And it's pet-friendly on top of all that! Every single employee we encountered delivered top-notch customer service - extremely friendly, helpful and very sweet to our kids and dog. Then something happened that really sets this hotel apart: when our young son left his little stuffed animal that he's had for years and sleeps with every night, in the room (probably tangled up in the bedsheets) and we called back the next day to see if they could look for it, they treated it with the utmost importance. They have been searching everywhere they can think of and providing us with twice daily updates on their progress. We were given the direct line to the General Manager who has called repeatedly and made us feel they were doing everything in their power to help us locate my son's little best friend. It made us feel better just knowing how seriously they were taking it when they could have easily blown it off. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and are even considering a return trip to Columbia just to stay there (its location is pretty awesome too - right in the center of great restaurants, bars and coffee shops).

Although I found the hotel was a little bit overpriced I can't say enough about the customer service. If customer service means a lot to you than this is the place and it's worth the extra money. Rooms are incredibly clean and service was awesome. The breakfast which was included in our package was better than most hotels were they offer free breakfast each morning. Also we had to bring our dog and they are incredibly pet friendly. They gave him treats and even gave us a list of pet friendly restaurants in the area.
