This was a great place for a filling meal before the Pirates game. It was a touch more upscale than we expected, but going to the game and all I think they understood. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating of the fact we wanted to make it to PNC Park on time. There is definitely something for everyone on the menu. And you start the night with a great big plate of bread. We had the calamari, fried tomatoes, ribeye, filet, and grouper. The calamari was done very well, and the fried tomatoes were good but would probably skip them next time. In terms of entrees, the proteins themselves (steak and fish) were outstanding, but we were not crazy about the sides. The "green rice" is white rice with cilantro, and the potato fritter thing that came with the grouper was pretty bland. But they nailed the proteins. The ribeye was one of the best I've ever had, and they hit great temps on the meat. Definitely order medium rare (always!). No room for dessert, and higher priced but that's the market. Worth trying!
