My husband and I were in Pittsburgh for a conference and we happened to wander in to Yo Rita. We were pleasantly surprised by the fried artichoke taco and mushroom taco they had on the menu, some of the best veggie tacos either one of us had ever eaten. Great atmosphere, great service and pretty good beer selection. It's a little on the pricier side for tacos but the quality of food you get is outstanding. Order two or three tacos and try a variety of flavors, you won't be disappointed. Would highly recommend!

I thought the tacos were awesome -- and this place came highly recommended from a friend who is from Pittsburgh. The specials were good, the drinks were freshly made (I had the strawberry rhubarb margarita, yummmm), and these are definitely what I would consider to be gourmet tacos. They are on the pricier end but I think worth it. It's a small place that looks like it's more suited to be a bar but it is comfortable enough for a lunch drop in. There were young couples there, friend groups, and a few families with kids. It's friendly to all. It is walking distance to other neat shops and bars in this area of Pittsburgh.

What happens when you throw a lot of pretentious ingredients on a flour tortilla and charge $9 for it? You get Yo Butt Ripped Off.

The $5 Mushroom Tostada, which my friend described as "gross," was an unidentifiable mass of ingredients that meshed into bland mediocrity. The "tacos," ranging from $5-$9 a pop, were decent, but only worth $4 at most. Service was slow, the men's bathroom was located in a dungeon, and look, I get it: people eat here to say they've eaten here.

This is more of an expensive Tapas bar then a Mexican Restaurant. There wasn't even rice and beans on the menu. For shame!

Great combination of Asian/American/Caribbean dishes. Every day is a taco and ceviche du jour. Think duck breast with kim chi taco. They are small tacos so you don't feel overwhelmed. The place is small & comfortable with a friendly wait staff. My 17 year old nephew loved this place. Locally owned and sourced.

Mediocre at best... Some originality in taco creation but portions are small for the price... Expect to spend a lot for little... Food is decent though... Best part is the bottomless chips and salsa... Owner and host is an older lady with little personality and seems to lack general respect for her employees... Place was clean... Won't go back though
