Sammy's has the potential to be very good, and while I might have marked this place down a step due to the size of the sandwich, the price was appropriate to the size of the sandwich, and therefore they deserve a higher rating. You are certainly not getting a corned beef sandwich like a New York deli, but then you aren't paying those prices either. A half sandwich is $4.50 and a whole sandwich was $7.50. You aren't going to find the mammoth sandwiches in Pittsburgh anyhow, but this could have been a bit thicker. The place has an order counter, and then you sit down when they hand you your sandwich. Service is friendly and quick, and the line moved despite some slow ordering people ahead of me.
