Stayed for 3 nights in October. Hotel in center of Pheonixville close to all restaurants and drinking establishments. Hotel is old, but clean. Rooms were a bit small but expected. Bathroom was small with sink outside of toilet/shower area. Parking could be a challenge since there are only 7 spaces next to hotel. Additional parking a few blocks from hotel. Weekend parking is a bigger challenge as the town gets pretty busy on Friday and Saturday nights. Stayed on a Friday night and did not notice any distracting noise though. Very affordable and good location may out way other downsides. Just keep expectations reasonable.
