Several staff members, especially the very rude pool guy, were definitely not service oriented. We wanted to enjoy the very nice pool area. We were the only guests at the pool. We asked to have the music turned off or turned down so that we could hear each other talking. That request was viewed as unreasonable and we were told that hotel policy was that the music be on when the pool was open. I can't imagine a policy that says the music has to be so loud that it can be heard in a guest's room with the air conditioning unit running. I also can't imagine a policy that a guest's request can't be honored.....especially when no one else is at the pool. The next morning, the hotel manager said she wasn't there so she couldn't comment. In other words, customers can not be believed.

We attended a beautiful wedding in New Hope and unfortunately ended up staying at this hotel. The customer service was horrible starting with the guy attending the pool area to the front desk staff. No one had any sense of urgency despite the fact that the majority of the wedding party was staying there and we were on a tight schedule. The rooms are mediocre at best...the bathrooms are the size of a closet.

Our stay ended on Saturday morning. We were trying to take a shower but there was no water. Somehow the entire hotel ran out of water. We heard every excuse you can imagine---frankly I don't think they have the capacity to handle large parties. Management was incredibly rude and thought they could solve the situation by offering $40 dollar discount of the room price ($119). The rooms are worth $60 per night at most.

I would not wish this experience on anyone and would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Do not stay here

We stayed one night here for a wedding. While we would usually opt for another hotel chain, this was cheap, convenient, and had a number of other wedding guests. The pool and surrounding outdoor area was actually a very nice surprise, though a bit odd as it was much nicer than anywhere else on the property. The rooms are motel style, ie outdoor corridors to get to individual rooms. Room was clean but certainly nothing to write home about. An economic option for a quick stay.

We recently stayed at this Ramada while attending a wedding in the area. We checked in around 3pm on a Saturday afternoon, the room was very old looking, outdated, wallpaper falling off the wall. The bathroom was also very dingy, unclean looking. We also noticed that the door did not lock when you left. It appears to lock, but it did not. There happened to be an employee walking past so we mentioned it to him and he got us new entry cards. They only worked for a short time and later the same thing happened. Then my husband just happened to open the fridge and there was this terrible odor and someone's leftovers from a previous guest.
After returning from the wedding, we went to our room, got ready for bed, pulled down the covers and found a bed full of "CRUMBS". We immediately called the front desk and they offered us another room on the same floor. Again, we had the same problem with the lock
on the new room. Luckily we could deadlock and safety lock from the inside once we were in the room. All night long there seemed to be a parade of people running along the outside
corridor past all the rooms. This went on all night. We heard many other guests complaining about the same thing the next day.
The next morning we walked past our old room and the door was ajar, never locked and accessible to anyone who walked past.
WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!! THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS RAMADA NEEDS TO BE MORE CONCERNED FOR THE SAFETY OF THEIR GUESTS WITH REGARD TO THE ABILITY TO LOCK YOUR DOORS WHEN YOU LEAVE THE ROOM TO GO SOMEWHERE!!!
THIS HOTEL NEEDS A REHAB ASAP. IT IS DIRTY, OUTDATED AND VERY NOISY!!!

Room Tip: Be sure to inspect the room before you unpack!!!
