Hidden treasure in Lancaster County. Was here for a work-related outing. Delicious food. We had a soup or salad, followed by entree with sides, and delicious desserts. This is high quality food, prepared by high school students who are learning valuable life and work skills. Service may not be as fast as a regular restaurant, but they are learning and it's okay by me. Student servers were very courteous and well-mannered. They had great interpersonal skills with our party, esp. as there were some special requests for food preparation.

There is also a bakery & deli case on-site. Gourmet style quiches, salads, and various baked goods/desserts that you can take with you.

They close early - around 1:15 - 1:30, so don't be late.

I'll be back!!

My friend took me here for High Tea this week. What a great experience. They students did a wonderful job at preparing and serving. The food was good and well presented. We are looking forward to returning to try the lunch that is served on Thursday and Friday.

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday. We were very impressed with the food and the presentation was outstanding. They have a bakery on site and I purchased a loaf of Sourdough(which is the best I have had this side of San Francisco) to take with, also brownies and cookies. The prices are very low and the quality is amazing. This is a teaching institution for high school and all "staff" are such. All tables have white linen and staff is dressed accordingly. Not only is the food freshly made from all fresh ingredients but even the view from the full wall windows is enticing. They also have a High Tea that I am looking forward to attending.Make reservations and see that there is a future for food in America.
Our hats are off to the teachers of this wonderful establishment they could be anywhere in the hospitality industry and have chosen to work very hard and help teenagers find a place to be productive and admired. The cleanliness is 100% and you may walk down and look thru windows where all the prep and cleaning is done as the students are doing it. There are "Real" restaurants that could learn a lot from them.

This restaurant is open during the school year and the students make and serve High Tea on Tuesdays at 11 or 11:30 am and restaurant service Thuesday and Friday from 11 to 12:15 as a pre fix menu price with a variety of choices for each course. Currently the High Tea is $15 and the lunch is $12. The kids do a wonderful job and the food is excellent. They do have a bakery with a variety of items for sale and a take out counter of lunch things. They also will do catering.

Great food at a reasonable price. This "restaurant" is operated by high school students just beginning their culinary careers. As a "local" I eat here several times during the school year. It is amazing to see the progress the students make. The menus vary depending on the curriculum. Yesterday's included New England clam chowder, tilapia and tobiko caviar. Everything is cooked fresh and made from scratch including the bread, herb-infused butters and sauces. The curriculum includes dining room operation along with the food preparation. I recommend Infusions for a unique dining experience with educational benefit.
