A stunning restaurant located above all the traffic in Jim Thorpe is finally back. Parking is always available for this venue, and is well worth your time. Reborn after several years of closure, Arielle offers excellent options on the menu not found in town. Great beer, an innovative bartender, excellent atmosphere. We are Flowing again! Only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday at this time.

This is a rethinking and twist on an older favorite, Flow...in a hip space away from the touristy spots on Broadway downtown. Take great food - add amazing art and you've got Joan and Victor Stabin's artistic creations in cuisine and visual arts! Skylar and Arielle may be serving you...Tyler's pouring hand-crafted drinks at the bar - the music is awesome, lots of John Coltrane, Mel Torme and other classic jazz mixes with other favorites of Victors create a relaxing ambience. I love the spicy bean app and there's a salad or two on the menu that I seem to regularly order because it is sooooo good, fresh and infused with pickled red onion, walnuts and goat cheese deliciousness. There are full meals, creative salads, sandwiches and wraps...and don't you dare leave without having a dessert - may I suggest the coconut cake?!?!? Yummers! Please take a detour and check this place out. Visit the gallery...meet the artistes that have put together a great, affordable place to eat, hang out and leave satisfied. Oh - and when the weather's good - make sure you try to dine outside on the beautiful, funky patio.
