The minute one arrives at Armana Resort there is a feeling of calm. The rooms are lavishly and elegantly appointed. Every possible modern requirement is addressed for your comfort. Breakfast and newspapers are quietly left at your door. Beautifully presented with fresh exotic fruit, muesli, yoghurt and oven fresh muffins that melt in your mouth! The view is stunning. Italian coast? Sardinia? French Riviera? No Dutchman's Beach. My tip is to take your own provisions for lunch and dinner the ammenities are unsurpassed. Seriously you will not want to leave once you arrive. I slept 11 hours everyday in comfort and total quiet. The swimming pool and spa is outstanding. Gorgeous!!

This resort is spectacular and really quite unique. It is new, only 6 months only, there are 11 units in all. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, which had access to its own pool and jacuzzi. Both pool and jacuzzi are heated, even though it was winter, the kids swam and played in the pool and jacuzzi each day. There is also an even larger pool and jacuzzi that we had access to. Apparently in the next month they will add quite a large gym.

The room is tastefully done, it is a very chic/modern decor, and is very comfortable, it has a great kitchen, a killer built-in Miele coffee machine, and they provide a great breakfast. Home made warm muffins, fresh muesli, yogurt and fresh fruit.

The Resort is right on the beach, you walk out your door, and if you go right, it is a 10 minute walk into Nelson Bay, a cute little village like atmosphere on the marina. If you go left you can do a very nice 3KM walk to another marina, it is beautiful whether you take the beach or the paths.

The hosts were very friendly. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone. We will definitely be back again.
