Disappinting place. No breakfast available and bleak although clean room but no view of any sort with a solitary skylight for air. Slippery tiles all through making showering a hazard and far from quiet with truck noise most of the night. No thanks for a return

We stayed one night and on arrival could not find the reception. After talking to a workman in the motel parking we still had no luck. After a phone call to the motel we were met in the car park and taken to an office 3 door down from where the motel was located. If you did not have a mobile you would be in big trouble. The first impression of the motel was that it was old and needed a lot of work. However, the room was basic but clean, the bed and pillows were very crisp and comfortable. Also, it was very close to everything.

Room Tip: Get to the town so you have time to find the Reception. Also, all rooms are up stairs so do not consider it if you cannot do stairs.

This is a basic motel located behind Elders real estate. It is run by the pub in the front street and we found it a little hard to find. Just go into the pub two doors down from Elders and you will be looked after there. The room was basic but the bed was clean and comfortable. A little noise from the street only. For the price - good value for money for a nights stay. If you planned to be in town for a week then I would suggest an alternative. There is a good café across the street for breakfast, and parking is downstairs under the building.

We arrived at night to find the front closed up with a basic sign emblazoned to go a few doors up. We were tired and stressed and concerned we had picked a dud. We persevered and found the managers to be helpful courteous and no problem. Access is a 100 metres or so from the office up an alley which was a bit disconcerting. The room was clean. The bed was great but the building is tired and as others have said the shower is functional but far from updated.. Someone mentioned crawlies but we didn't see any. Certainly close to the Main Street but it was quiet because the rooms are actually behind the front shops with undercover parking below. Good bed for a sleep but as only about 2 or 3 stars the room was not to a standard that we are used to. Didn't do enough research before we went did we. It appears that the front street access may be undergoing renovation which made it look nothing like the picture.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. The motel looks very dodgy on the outside but the rooms are very clean and the king bed was super comfortable. Friendly check in and cleaning lady. Would go back without a doubt
