Four of us stayed here attracted by the location & photos. Our first impression was of a delightful property but it really needed a good clean. The windows & blinds were pretty filthy & the BBQ was a disgrace, totally unusable. Although the location implied a sea view this wasn't the case due to the tree growth that blocked the sight of the ocean but did allow the name " rolling waves" to be accurate. ( Audibly if not visually)A couple of the insect screens were damaged but the agents were able to arrange repairs promptly but our issue with cleaning & BBQ were unresolved. Apparently we weren't the first to voice these concerns. However, we had a lovely week's stay, enjoyed the direct access through a short stretch of bush to the gorgeous beach. The equipment was good but self catering wasn't helped by the absence of serving or ovenproof dishes. Imagination was needed to produce some meals. All in all we had a great time but with a little more attention to detail & cleaning it could have been great " Close - but no cigar!" as the saying goes.
