Me and my boyfriend went here for a long weekend to get out of the big smoke, we had a lovely room and was very relaxing. The bar staff were lovely and good fun making us feel very welcome and making great cocktails.

We stayed last night and were woken by several guests, one was loudly vomiting and others were slamming doors. The receptionist was informed in the morning and her reply wasn't suggestive of me ever returning. The rooms are very basic and for the price, it's far better to find another place. The location is excellent, but the noise you hear all night was bloody terrible. You can hear other guests taking showers and I've not experienced that before. No mini bar either.

Room Tip: Wear ear muffs if you need to sleep

the motel is newly renovated and clean and tidy. It is in the middle of Bowral and close to shops and other eating places.
the check in was good even though we were not happy to have our licences and credit cards photo copied.
the pub itself was great with a great selection of food and a warm and inviting place to eat and enjoy an evening.
It was a bit noisy early in the morning with garbage bins being emptied and road works but this is out of the motels control

Room Tip: maybe ask for a room upstairs

A group of my friends who I regularly meet on Friday nights at The Royal Hotel just over the road suggested we all move our Friday night meet up to The Pub attached to the Imperial Motel. Last night 7 of us turned up at The Imperial Hotel and as they don't have complimentary Friday night food platters I decided to order a large serving of French Fries for us all at 5mins to 6 in the evening only to be told 'in no uncertain terms' that 'WE DON'T SERVE FOOD UNTIL 6PM!! no offer of, it will be a few minutes, no... come back at 6pm and order your fries....5 mins to 6??? you have to be joking!!, Needless to say we have all returned to The Royal where they know how to treat patrons and 5 mins is not an issue.

The room was clean, modern decor, spacious and appeared to be recently update - no problems. Comfortable bed.
As travellers we were very disappointed there was no microwave even through there is space for one to be added. Yes tea & coffee facilities but when you are away it's just nice to be in your own space - as there are chairs and tables in room.

Good daily service of room. Good wifi reception and free.

Room Tip: Ground level room 8 but note no micro wave or Crockery if eating in
