This is one of the better premier inn I have stayed in. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The eatery is looking a bit shabby, but the food and service were good. The situation of the premier inn is about 10 mins from the town, and easy to find. Nice for a short business trip, or even a short break.

Stayed for 4 nights Oct 2nd 2017, room 144 in new extension. Great room very spacious, food in Carglaze restaurant was good value and San Miguel on tap ! Nothing much close by but we used as base only for doing both north and south cornwall coasts. Downside no lift for luggage.

Lovely spacious room which was very clean and tidy. Receptionist was helpful and polite.
Shower wasn't very powerful but was ok. Only downside was the creaking of the floorboards in our room and the ones around us. Thin walls where you could hear people using the toilets.

I stayed here recently whilst visiting St. Austell on business. As with all Premier Inns, the room was spacious, warm and comfortable and the staff were brilliant and helpful.

There’s a nice little pub/restaurant attached to the pub which offers nice food. £4.25 a pint is a little on the steep side, but the food was very reasonably priced and plentiful.
