This is a charming holiday park, set in acres of lovely countryside, plenty of space and gardens for children to play.
There is a wonderful feeling of space here, and yet is very safe for children -- all cars park on the car park.
Amazing coastal walks nearby.
PLEASE NOTE : Ideally this property sleeps 6 guests, with beds made up for 6 -- and our prices are for 6 guests. Please bring your own towels

Please be aware that the dining table is in Kitchen area.
PLEASE NOTE -- we can accept 1 dog at certain times, so please contact us before booking if you wish to bring yr dog. Obviously dogs are not allowed on the furniture. There is a charge of £45 for a dog, charged by the cleaning company. We can not accept more than 1 dog or pet
We have to be very strict about only accepting 1 dog. If guests bring a dog without telling us then access is denied
This property is suitable for guests that struggle with stairs .... as this is all on one level .. although all doors are standard width door .. so wheelchair would need to be folded to access
we can accept bookings for larger groups / families .... as we have other properties on the same Park
All cars must park at the car park .... parking is not available outside the property !

We spent a week at the bungalow at the Perran View Holiday Park and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Great location to get around this part of Cornwall and excellent access to Perranporth beach.
Would highly recommend.

A good place for families with kids.
We spent a week there in July. The location is great. We had only 3-minute drive to the wonderful beach. On rainy days we had access to a great pool, where we had a great fun. The owners were very kind and quickly responded to our messages. This bungalow has everything you need. We definitely recommend this place.

Great property
Location close to Perranporth was great, but not walkable to a beach, which I didn't realize on booking, you need a car to get about.
The property was good, and clean, linen of a high standard, Bedrooms good, Loads of hot water.
Visually not modern, lots of pine about! & not enough sofa space for the no of beds and sofas not very comfortable.
Club house good - with daily activities pool good, on site shop & on site food good fair.

THANK YOU SO MUCH RUTH ....... for your review, i know that you had a lovely week here with your children ..... this is a great location close to Perranporth and St Agnes .... with amazing beaches close by, you do ideally need a car here so that you can get out and about exploring Cornwall ..... There is a bus route just at the entrance to the holiday complex, which will take you to Perranporth and Newquay, or to Truro in the other direction ..... so this is a fantastic central location ............ we offer amazing value here with beds made up for 6 guests --- and free lovely facilities here with indoor swimming pool and sauna, tennis, childrens play area etc ... the staff are lovely here and really do look after the children ...... families always love it here ! ......... We work hard to ensure that the property is well presented and lovely and clean for your arrival, with high quality linen on all beds .... im glad that you were pleased with everything on arrival ........ We have recently bought the 2 three seater sofas, and we always find these really comfortable ........ we have also just bought new cream high gloss wardrobes and bedroom furniture, and new solid oak coffee table ..... so the only pine item is the dining table - so i am a little confused when you said there is lots of pine??
Yes the Club house is great to relax with a drink after a day out exploring Cornwall ...... the perfect place to relax without having the hassle of driving xxx ....... Im so glad that you had such a lovely week, and i hope you will come and visit again soon, kind regards Jane xxx xxx

Wow....Just Wow!
This bungalow was fantastic for us and our holiday. We had four adults two children and two dogs and we still had room to move. Storage was fantastic lots of wardrobes, chest of drawers and even washing baskets. children s room was wonderful decorated well... very seaside and even had children s plates. Very well maintained and wonderful quiet place to stay. Highly recommend.!!!

Im so glad that you all had such a lovely holiday ........ this is a lovely modern well equipped holiday bungalow ......... with great facilities here ! Yes this property is very spacious, with plenty of room to relax. Im glad that you liked the lovely modern seaside theme in the property. ................. we always try to make sure that there is everything you could need at the property.
Children love it here, the staff are so lovely and keep the children happy.

Lovely stay at Perran View
We had a lovely stay at Perran View and enjoyed a tastefully recently furnished cottage making us instantly feel at home. We stayed with our two very young children and enjoyed making the most of the swimming pool and children pool as well as the playground which became part of our daily routine. The site was perfectly sized and very safe for the children. Located at the heart of South Cornwall, we managed to visit a lot of the key beaches and sites around us such as Perranporth on our doorstep (beautiful place), Portowan, Newquay, Truro, Trellisick garden, St Ives etc. We had a great time and Jane was very easy and reachable to talk to. She would return your call or emails instantly and was very careful to give her best service. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Thank you.

Perranporth + St Agnes are close by with wonderful beaches, cafes shops etc .... surf schools.
Truro is only a few miles away with the Cathedral, all of the big shops like Marks + Spencer, Next, TK Max, the well known Restaurants etc ........
Newquay is also just a few miles away with the many surfing attractions, great restaurants etc .......
So this really is the perfect central location in Cornwall !
Getting around
We recommend you have a car to get around during your holiday ...... but there is also a local Bus route that runs from just outside the park entrance - the bus route goes down to Perranporth, and continues on to Newquay ..... and in the other direction the Bus runs to Truro
