Stayed here for one week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Price was reduced for the 2 of us as appartment has 3 bedrooms. Fabulous large lounge with patio doors leading to rooftop terrace with wonderful views of Mawgan Porth Bay. Our bedroom was very large again with wonderful sea views but sloping walls so mind your head! En suite shower and toilet in this bedroom, another bathroom down the corridor from the kitchen. Only downside for me - no bath only showers. Kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, tumble drier etc. This appartment has its own boiler and thermostats on the wall. Large tv in the lounge, has also dvd player. Appartment accessed to the left of the property down a slope, then to the left and up the stairs. Recycling needs to be taken up to the top of the property next to the road and all separated out into different bags.
The owners live abroad and the appartments are well looked after by Jo and Debbie who live on site. All in all a lovely comfortable stay and very reasonably priced compared to other properties in this area.
Merrymoor Pub a short walk down the hill either roadway or cliff path, where there are shops another restaurant and a fish and chip shop. Dogs welcome almost everywhere.
Would stay here again and recommend.

We stayed in the garden apartment which is self catering. It has 4 double bedrooms 3 of them en suite. Kitchen fully equipped including washing machine and dishwasher. Outside we had a lovely view of the bay and lovely decking with some grass. Which is really handy as we took the dog . Only 6 miles from Newquay . All beaches we went to were dog friendly and all were lovely.
It also had a separate dining room and sitting with tv and free view .

We stayed for 2 nights in the 'deluxe' self catering appt which accommodates 4 people. 2 bathrooms.Very comfortable and well equipped with a small balcony overlooking the bay. Decor is a bit dated and tired, who remembers artex?

We stayed here recently on a trip to Mawgan Porth. Rebecca and Garry were friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. We stayed in the Superior room with balcony, it is definitely worth paying the extra for. The room and super king size bed were massive, and the balcony with views over the beach was lovely. The breakfast was great too, with lots of choice of delicious food. This is a great place to stop if you are visiting Mawgan Porth.

Many thanks again to Rebecca, Gary and your super children for making our recent visit in August so special. Just as fab as our stay in May, but this time for a week. Fantastic breakfasts (as usual) and hospitality second to none. Spotlessly clean and so great to have access to the kitchen, which really makes a difference in comparison to a lot of other b & b's that don't offer this facility. Stayed in our favourite room (3), with it's super bathroom, balcony and views of the bay. What more could you ask for, we will certainly be back. Zak sends his love to everyone and can't wait to see you all again soon. Love from Karen, David and Zak.

Room tip: All the rooms are fab. They have super views of the bay, private balconies and are really good sizes, offering a really comfortable and peaceful nights sleep. Rooms 1, 2 and 3 have large luxury bathrooms.
