Enjoyed lunch in front of the fire delicious mussels from Fowey juicy & fat and a chickpea and spinache curry to die for.
Didn't stay in hotel just went for lunch and to visit Boscastles Witch Museum but that didn't open until April 1st.

We're a young couple (early 30's) with a dog and the Wellington was the perfect place to help us enjoy a romantic weekend in Boscastle. We had an apartment which is ideal for couples like us with a dog; and the apartment was clean, cosy, comfy and well-furnished. We enjoyed room service on both nights that we stayed. Room service was delivered in good time and was delicious on both occasions. The bathroom has a lovely shower. The apartment also features a handsome kitchenette which would be ideal for anyone who wanted to make their own breakfast or light meals. The apartment has good lighting and a charming atmosphere. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

Was given a stay here as a 50th birthday present and was told that I could take our dogs. Well all I can say is that the room we stayed in was number 14 which was in the turret where many famous people have stayed including Thomas Hardy, the bed lovely and cosy and the room was lovely and airy and large. Facilities was excellent and clean with a bath and separate shower, which was lovely and powerful. A beautiful room and a beautiful hotel with plenty of character. Food and breakfast was absolutely lovely but did find the menu a bit limited. However this was made up for by the most friendliest staff I have ever come across and dog friendly hotel I have ever been to.

We visited Boscastle on a cold and blowy February day. We were looking for somewhere nice to have lunch and picked The Wellington Hotel. On arriving we were greeted by a really friendly young lady who was very chatty. The bar area was really nicely decorated, very warm and inviting and our dog was also welcomed! There was a great variety of dishes on the menu and a specials board. There were also lots of special offers depending on what day you visited. We ordered a walkers special lunch of Crab sandwich and soup (coconut and chilli) and a halloumi salad. The food was fantastic and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend!
