Very nice hotel to stay in if wanting an overnight for Heathrow Airport. Good atmosphere and facilities all under one roof.
Restaurant serves great food for dinner.

I have never stayed at an airport hotel before, so I was very wary beforehand. I had trawled through reviews of all the airport hotels and ended up plumping for Premier Inn as it was reasonably priced in comparison to its competitors and I had used a couple before.

I was absolutley gobsmacked when I arrived. From the outside it just looks like a brick box and even the entrance is slightly hidden and understated. When I walked into the hotel it was like walking onto a film set. A long, open, modern space, beautifully furnished and yet minimalistic. Modern colours and lighting. The reception staff were unbelievably helpful and kind, without being patronising.

The whole place is spotlessly clean and that included my room. The room was simple, yet very comfortable and relatively spacious. I was very pleasantly surprised by what was in the room. It had an iron and ironing table, kettle and tea/coffe, small fridge, modern TV, plenty of locker space, hairdryer, towels and complimentary soap dispensers. The bed was very cosy and comfy and I had a very quiet and much needed sleep.

There is a set menu running all through the day in the main outlets. I chose to eat in the restaurant and the meal was fine, with a glass of wine and impeccable service. This is a London hotel so the meal and wine (beer too) is a bit pricy but not unreasonably so. I think much of the menu is re-assembled on site from pre-packed meals but this did not detract from the taste or flavours. Don't expect too much from the food, it is basic, quick, hot and tasty.

The main asset of this hotel is the staff. Each has a very positive, cheerful, helpful and confident manner which immediately puts you at ease. Each are approachable, well mannered and knowledable. The staff don't hide, they are very visible but are not intrusive. This approach appears to have rubbed off on the Costa Coffee staff who run a concession in the centre of the main concourse. Great coffee by the way.

I had a great stay made even better by using the free or almost free bus (111 or 105) from and to terminal one. The Premier Inn offers a budget alternative to the big guns yet provides a standard of service way above that of a budget offering. The Premier Inn is punching way above its weight and is doing it with ease. Brilliant place to stay and started my holiday in a very positive and pleasant way. Thank you.

Room Tip: I think all the rooms are relatively identical.

If you are looking for a good rate hotel next to Heathrow this is it. First you can get there with the hoppa bus or you can also get the FREE bus. For the free bus go to the central bus station terminal 1-2-3 and take the 105 or 111 which have departure every few minutes.. If you want to go downtown at night its not a problem if the tube close as you can take the N9 from downtown to Heathrow and it will leave you straight in front of the hotel. This hotel is VERY clean. You can compare it to a 4 or 5 stars hotel standard. The beds are very confortable , flat screen tv, tea in the room, large rooms. The restaurant in the lobby have excellent choices at very affordable prices. Only watch out as the waiter will try to sell you 2 pounds garlic bread or extra sauce for your steak etc.. The only bad things about this hotel are the window of the room wont open , there are no toiletteries in the room, only a body / hair dispenser in the bath, and its quite noisy .. You can easily ear the people walking on the top floor .. but if you sleep deeply its not a problem.. Hope you enjoy london !

The Premier Inn H'row Airport (Bath Road) is great. Very clean, comfortable and great soundproofing (as on a busy road). Highly recommended!

Everything about this Premier Inn is far better than you'd expect for the extremely competitive price. It's modern, clean, well staffed, well equiped with excellent bar, restaurant and coffee shop. I doubt there's a better option around Heathrow.
