In all the times that I have visited Oldham I never knew of the existence of the “Café Lahore” until now.
It is to be found located at the bottom end of Union Street, close to the Oldham Chronicle offices and is easily accessible via the Metro Link tramway system.
Unfortunately car parking is pay and display, to encourage visitors Oldham council could at least introduce some free parking after say 5 pm in the evenings.
Both the food and service received was excellent.
The décor of restaurant is OK and better than most.
Due to the open plan kitchen area most of the time you can watch your meals as they are being prepared.
They do not have an alcohol licence however if you supply the drink they will supply you with the glasses.
