Stayed with a golfing group. From the moment we arrived we were very well looked after and immediately felt very comfortable. The property is very well looked after and has a relaxed ambience. The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. On one evening we had dinner in a private room and both the food and service we excellent.

Great place for a few days of quiet R&R.

Booked this hotel as it was near to the Black Country Living museum. Lovely welcome. Huge comfortable room with many extras and 5 large windows overlooking the fantastic grounds. Pre dinner drinks room was OK but the bar area lacked any character. Dinner was excellent. Breakfast was good except our sausages were undercooked and when we told the waitress, she said she would mention it to the chef but we never heard anything. There was a discrepancy with our bill but after we pointed it out, the matter was dealt with.

Stayed for a wedding. Lovely spacious ground floor room. Bathroom state of the art. Bed as big as a modern flat.Impossible to think of anything that wasn't provided. Lovely grounds for a walk. Attentive and pleasant staff

Room tip: Ground floor is what we had, and other family members. They were excellent rooms.

It was a pleasure from checkin till checkout. So peaceful, beautiful lake and grounds, sheep happily grazing. Beautiful English Country Manor House, light airey large bright rooms with countryside views, modern but tasteful traditional decor. Very attentive and friendly team. Nicely stocked bar. 5* Breakfast. Just charming. Great meeting room space. Hotel also links up with Safari Venues at WMSP with Spring Grove and Cellarz and Treetops venues. Can't wait to go again so will keep an eye out for their offers.

I had the pleasure of staying at Brockencote Hall Hotel for a 3 day Conference.

It’s a lovely hotel, with excellent facilities, food and service. The staff are fantastic and we were well looked after.

It’s my third stay at this hotel, and I have been extremely happy with my stay each time.
