The property was delightful. Equivalent to a five start hotel and spotlessly clean.
The rooms were large and as it was Christmas the owner had decorated it very festively.
Overall a superb property and worth every penny.
The owner was responsive and very helpful.
A friend and I stayed here for 3 nights at the start of November. On arrival it was nice surprise to see that Charlotte had provided a basket containing bread, biscuits and crisps. Also provided was tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, butter and jam. There was even some beer in the fridge which was very welcome. It saved us a trip to the shops and was very thoughtful. Both bedrooms were very very comfortable and as there was only two of us we had a bathroom each. A very well equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge completed the picture. There was everything we needed. There was also a fantastic view of the town from the Juliet balcony in the lounge. The centre of town is only 2 minutes walk away. Lots of great shops, pubs and restaurants right on our doorstep. I'm hoping to return with my wife next time as I know she would absolutely love it. Thanks very much Charlotte for a great stay.
Our family, comprising a range of ages spent a delightful Easter break in this wonderful apartment.
The accommodation is both comfortable and spacious, It is beautifully decorated and furnished; brightened with touches from the owner such as fresh flowers in several of the rooms. The view over the valley from the lounge doors is phenomenal.
Facilities throughout the apartment are exceptional: the wifi connection was reliable and fast, which is an essential for our family.
The kitchen was supplied with a good range of equipment and utensils. The owner also provided necessary essentials such as tea and coffee, but we were very surprised to find a welcome basket of homemade shortbread and jam; fresh bread and even Easter chocolate for the children. Additional perks were finding milk and butter in the fridge; a range of lovely toiletries in the bathrooms and even the thoughtful provision of umbrellas and shopping bags in the hall closet.
The owner is clearly dedicated to providing the best experience for their guests and it showed throughout the apartment. We would definitely stay here again.
Hebden Bridge is a great place to experience. We're seasoned ramblers and we found walks that were amongst the best we've ever been on in the UK. And Charlotte's place is a great location to experience it from. A large, well provided flat close to the centre and with a great view from the living room across the town and down the valley. Charlotte was very helpful with directions and stuff and there's plenty of advice in the flat for things to do. Highly recommended and we would go back
