We did the cooking class while in Tuscany and WOW, what an experience. The chef was great, helping us prepare our delicious dishes. The staff is super friendly and helpful, getting us whatever we needed or wanted. The food was incredible- some of the best dishes I have every had. I am gluten and dairy intolerant- the staff and chef were super accommodating and even whipped up homemade gluten-free pasta for me! Max, the owner, is hilarious and made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the Tuscany region, it is worth it!!!
