The meal was delicious - among the best we had in all of Nicaragua. The family run establishment has a grill in front of a small room for dining. They also serve cold beer. The menu is very simple - only grilled meat, chicken or pork. The plantain chips are lightly fried to perfection and delightfully slim. The gallo pinto (red beans & rice) is excellent. The portions are big. The food was served pretty quickly even on a very busy night. Don't miss this restaurant in SJDS!
