My girlfriend and I stayed in room 304 for 2 nights. We absolutely loved it. The room itself was a little tiny, but perfect for 2 and had a nice view of the outside garden. The staff was absolutely wonderful, from the planning of the trip through checkout. Everything about this Inn was so perfect, we will definitely be coming back!

This is our 3rd time to the Settler's Inn, and our 2nd time staying overnight, this time for Valentine's Day. The staff was extremely pleasant, the atmosphere warm and welcoming, and the accommodations very comfortable. Everything about the Inn just says "relax." The best part, however, about this current trip was the delicious, and artfully prepared dinner we had prepared by Chef Kate. From the appetizer to the dessert we were all commenting how amazing everything looked and tasted. One of my favorites was the strawberry conserve served with slice of prosciutto. The halibut I had was prepared perfectly, risotto creamy and flavorful and the several desserts we all shared were decadent, especially the coconut cake with the chocolate sauce! Thank you Chef Kate! You truly have a gift. One complaint we did have though was that our room had a "weird" smell when we arrived which may have been because we were over the kitchen but we told the front desk and it was taken care of.

Settlers Inn has spent a lot of time in the last 3-4 years renovating rooms, and it shows. They leave some open so you can see how individual they are. Don't expect huge rooms- they aren't... more of a B&B style, but you won't want to spend time in your room anyway. In the winter, the cozy fireplace in the main room is super-relaxing, the bartender is terrific, and in the summer, sitting in the garden is perfect. Dining is EXCELLENT.

Room Tip: Stay higher to avoid noise from the bar area, but it was very quiet after 9 PM.

This B&B was incredible from the check in until the check out. Bed was so comfy, the breakfast was incredible, as was our server. If you're in the area I would highly recommend an overnight stay at the Settlers

This was my first stay at the Inn but I will be there again. The atmosphere is warm and cozy with a roaring fire and candlelight at night. The staff were welcoming and professional and I felt well taken care of and tended to. The food was excellent and my room was spotless and had a huge soaking jacuzzi tub. The bed was really comfortable. It felt like staying at a good friends house, who just happens to be a fabulous chef!
