We stayed here on an overnight in early April. At the terminal the shuttle took ages to arrive, and when it came it was a clapped out bus with a Holiday Inn sticker taped to the side. Tire pressure warning light lit up like a beacon in front of the driver! Erratic driving of poor quality, but hey we got there! Not great though for a first impression of the hotel!
Great friendly welcome.at check-in. Room clean and functional, but with a very noisy in-room aircon. The vending machine in the hotel is extremely poor, so bring you own supplies before you pitch up. There were some food delivery outfits that had their menus in the room. The shuttle can take you to local restaurants should you wish, as there's nothing close by. Great free breakfast in the morning.
The return shuttle back to the airport was 20 minutes late. Same knackered bus, but a different much more careful and courteous driver.
This place is acceptable if you're redeeming IHG points for an overnight. We'd stay here again. However, if you're paying cash, then for what it is its way overpriced, and you may find the on-airport Marriott to be a better choice.More
