First of all, I am quite late (almost a month) in writing this review. We went to celebrate wife's birthday in October and this was like our first date in a very long time; I do not regret. We loved our time there. Its a tapas style dining with lots of options (including vegetarian options). Starting from the mushroom soup (which they gave in the beginning) to the dessert (choc meltdown), everything was perfect. Good Service, nice collection of wine and cocktails. Convenient parking across the street (which otherwise is a mess in this area during weekends).

Only one thing to notice - the picture of outdoor seating on their website - it looks like they have backdoor patio sitting, but its actually front of the restaurant which is basically the street.

Always loved HONEY for it's eclectic food and great atmosphere. Food was excellent, as usual, but the service was some of the worse I've seen. The restaurant was half filled on a Saturday night and still getting the waiter's attention was impossible. Started with a nice cocktail, ordered our courses and the food. Wanted to order a bottle of wine but the food have begun to come and I couldn't find our waiter to order. He showed up at course 4 and we decided to skip the wine, as our dinner was over, and have desert and coffee instead. He was a no show for 20 mins so we skipped that as well. Check took 15 mins to get. Left cash so we could leave and as we were escaping we saw our waiter eating his dinner in a booth by the front door! I hope we didn't ruin his meal with our constant requests. Hard to believe the owner would approve.

If this restaurant were in Northern California, where I live, it would be the talk of the town. The chef puts together interesting combinations of taste, texture, spiciness, temperature, and everything else and delivers them in small plates. This was the best meal of the year for me, complemented by attentive service and fun cocktails. Jason, our waiter, made the menu come alive for us.

Best restaurant in Doylestown and probably top 10 overall including Philly downtown. Very cozy atmosphere with impeccable service. Drinks are outstanding. Food is very creative and tasty. Do get the foie gras sliders!

A party of 2, no special occasion other than just enjoying life one day at a time. We are local to the area and hadn't been to Honey Restaurant in a while and we didn't realize how much we missed it until we dined there last night (Nov. 2.) The meal was AMAZING - we had Spring Roles which were fabulous - Hummus which never disappoints - Blackened Green Beans, that's right, what a treat and new for us - Fried Oysters which were absolutely on point - Lobster Cakes another new item for us that you wanted more of - Black Tea Ribs with Ginger Ice Cream, don't knock until you try it, this legendary item has been on the menu from the beginning and if they ever tried to remove it would be a revolt, it's that good. Last but certainly not least for dessert we shared the Black Cherry Wrapped Pie with Ice Cream, sooooo good. Also, I be re-missed if I didn't mention the drinks, we had the Holy Spirit and the 5 Spice cocktails, simply delicious. For service - there is no better service of any restaurant that we've dined, this staff understands how to pamper you without being intrusive.
