small restaurant with parking issues, but was one of the finest meals in bucks county. Tremendous variety of tapas style platters. variety was excellent and preparation was superb. portions are small but wonderful. if you like tasting menus, design your own great variety of meats service was great also.

I started with the Cucumber Gimlet...very good and refreshing. We ordered the Black Tea Glazed Spare Ribs, Risotto Cakes, Kale Salad & Lobster Cakes. Everything we ordered was delicious. I can't wait to return. Definitely worth a visit.

Relatively new - very nice decor and ambiance. OK - not your traditional Spanish style tapas but a great interpretation. Served more as sharable small plates, but with an extraordinary breadth of choice, too many to list here. A good rule of thumb seems to be each person order three items off the menu. We did this and at first I, in particular, was concerned that there would not be enough food, at least for me. Wrong! It worked out fine, and all of the selections were excellent, and presented beautifully. Each selection was served in order and with sufficient pause in between . Service was fast and very friendly, with guidance offered to first time visitors. Full bar, good specialty cocktail list, good wine selection. Parking is street or after bank hours across the street in the bank parking lot. This restaurant is slightly on the expensive side but well worth the experience. Don't be shy - order the three plates per!

Delicious & inventive! Friendly attentive service but not hovering. I suggest 2-3 of these shareable plates/person
I can especially recommend:
- "Black Velvet" Oysters (6 Raw Wianno Oysters, Guinness Reduction, Champagne-Horseradish Mignonette, Smoked Steelhead Caviar
- "Fire & Ice" - Chilled Alaskan King Crab, Orange, Daikon, Miso-Chile Mayonnaise, Toasted Sesame, Spicy Carrot Sorbet
- "Black Tea Glazed Spare Ribs" - Twice Cooked Berkshire Pork Spare Ribs, Pine Nuts, Toasted Sesame, Spicy Ginger Ice Cream
- "Shrimp Martini" - Tempura Fried Rock Shrimp, Sour Apple Guacamole, Salted Peanuts, Puffed Purple Rice, Wasabi
- "B.e.L.T." - House Smoked Berkshire Pork Belly, Duck Egg, Red Romaine, Tomato Marmalade, Toasted Baguette
Run, don't walk to Honey in Doylestown, PA!
But if you must drive: Park at the bank across the street from the fire station next door.

Sooooo delicious. Began with the truffle chips - a must have. The salmon tacos -- mmmm, good. Fire and ice -- my absolute favorite. Mushroom quesadillas -- tasty and terrific. The fried haloumi -- fabulous. The BeLT -- new and different but a must try. My only regret was the Buffalo Buffalo but that was my fault. I already had too much to eat at that point. A DATE NIGHT MUST.
