Very very good motel and absolutely right on the highway. In case you are looking for economical stay and on the highway just go for it.

The room comes with the microwave and ac cooler and all the towels and everything

Our room was quiet, clean, and enormous – 26x20 feet – I paced it out. It had a full kitchen, dining table, and plenty of room for our bags. You could hear the ocean from our ground floor room but not see it.
The motel was just the right distance from the town: an easy walk to the restaurants; but far enough from the bars that you could not hear the rock bands playing late Saturday night.
The décor was a bit of a mixture. There were many modern touches, but the room was dominated by a complete 1970s kitchen, and an old CRT-style TV. Everything fully functional, but it gave the room an old-fashioned feel that other reviewers have commented on. Personally it did not bother me – if it ain’t broke…
Just a couple of quibbles.
The venetian blinds may have been fine when they were first put in, but they were no match for the brilliant new LED streetlight on the other side of the parking lot that was pointed straight at our room. I appreciate the security it provided, but would have liked some blackout curtains too.
From the reception to the housekeepers no one seemed very happy to be working there – acted like they were the owner’s kids who had been made to do it…

Thin as paper (my house has better) walls......can hear what the neighbors are watching on tv and saying. Parking lot lights are bright, but curtains are basically Venetian blinds, no curtains. Think Motel 6, but almost $150 a night! Has an indoor pool, which the kids LOVE. Beach access is a small walk, but worth it. Owners are nice and helpful. Very spacious room and pet friendly. Awesome little town!

The room we stayed in was average size, with a pleasant view of the ocean in the distance. The floors were nice, bed was hard, couch was dirty, but it was ok in general. The hotel is still stuck in the 70's and 80's with pictures of clarinets on the wall. The main problem is paying $155.00 plus the local and state tax of 10%. To much for this ro0m in high season.

Room Tip: 2 floor rooms offer a view of the ocean

Bed is a wooden platform and not real comfy. Floor under the couch was pretty dirty and room badly needs updating. Indoor pool is basic, no hot tub and a cavernous space. Nice to have fridge and microwave and a dog-friendly room.
Recommend for 1-2 nights max, fun to explore Yachats so location is quite good.

Room Tip: Only 2 floors, ocean view appears to be equal on either floor
