Peggy and Charlie are always so welcoming to everyone who steps through the door. Their wines are exceptional and there is always a special offered. Peggy always has snacks to compliment the wines and makes a wonderful cherry fudge to go with "Mud Dog" (a fantastic red wine).
The vines are not watered and the grapes have a special taste because of the deep roots.Anyone who enjoys wine should make Becker's a destination. Make sure to put the address in your GPS, because the name does not come up on the options.

We were visiting family in Roseburg and decided to go wine tasting on a Sunday night. Becker was one of the few vineyards open, so we enjoyed our time with the owners and their dogs (Muller and Willow). The wine tasting ($5, waived if purchasing) was one of the least expensive tastings in the area and included cheese, crackers, pretzels and chocolate to cleanse your palate (also not at other vineyards). Their wine was fantastic! I am usually not a fan of deep, dry, red wines but found theirs to be very tasty. The do not irrigate, which brings out different flavors in their wines. They were busy but not crowded and we got excellent customer service. Their view is beautiful and definitely a place I'd go back to.

This was our first stop for a co-ed bridal shower. Happy this was our first stop. We were greeted by their Lab/Saint Bernard cross. What a sweetheart. Peggy, the owner, greeted us and asked us to sit wherever we would like. As she brought us our samples she explained each one and also visited with us. We had a great time as we began our daily wine tour. We will definitely go back again for another visit.

Add this winery to your wine tour! The Umpqua Valley is growing with vineyards! Becker has been around for several years! Great wine and a fun time!

This winery is wonderful. Everything is fantastic. Do not miss. The owners are fun and have 2 adorable, large dogs. Do not miss this one - better than California wines. Dry farming.
