I've eaten here on six different occasions and never been disappointed. Seating is at a table with others and I've been amazed at the eclectic mix of people at each table. One does NOT need to be a hotel guest to dine here, but everyone has to make reservations hours ahead as everything served is FRESH! In fact, I've often seen the cook cutting the herbs outside just before the meals are served. The lavender creme brulee was superb.In my book, this is dining at its best.
