Stopped by for a quick bite and ended up staying for lunch. The things that I enjoyed the most and found outstanding were:
1. Artful Presentation of the food - The components of each dish were arranged to create symmetry and color contrasts.The garnishes placed perfectly to highlight your menu choice.
2. Freshness of ingredients - Both my choices were uncooked: Oysters on the half shell and Black Cod Ceviche and both tasted very fresh.
3. Flavor of the food: the ceviche rivals those I have enjoyed in Spain and the homemade cocktail sauce was excellent.
