We enjoyed the very tasty food & huge selection of beers here. It was also fun to maneuver the actual working brewery to get to the pub. Nice views of the marina also. The service was pretty slow considering the place was mostly empty during our visit.

There was a line up at 2 pm on a Tuesday. They accurately told us it would 30 minutes but lost us on there check in list so a couple of groups were seated ahead of us. The wait staff was slow and inattentive. I had to flag someone down to take our food order when they didn't ask about food after taking our beer order and didn't come back. I had to ask twice for water at the table. They never asked about more beer. I had to ask about our food order and got a "the kitchen us slammed" as a wait person walked by. The food looked good on the menu but didn't deliver on the plate. The toys weren't crispy or seasoned. The green salad with blue cheese was skimpy and lacking. The kale salad was better. The pork sandwich was acceptable but dry. The crab sliders are more bread than crab and have no flavor except for the kimchee on top. The beets were fun and interesting and the only reason I didn't rate this lower. We had out of country guests who wanted a brew pub lunch. I didn't think we were very good hosts based on the mediocre food and poor service.

We decided last minute to do a tour here and had a blast. It was almost 90 minutes, but flew by. It was very informative and they even allowed our 5 year old to go and drink root beer on the tour. We got to see several buildings on their property and try two great beers. Worth the $5.

This is part of the Rogue Brewery Nation a local Microbrewery. This is one of the few restaurants with a view of the harbor in Newport. If you like great Beer, this is the place to go. Many Microbrews to try! The food was also excellent for Bar Fare style foods. The house made Jalapeno Jelly that came with the hand batter cheese curds was to die for! The Clam Chowder was excellent as well. Restaurant is relatively small and only a few tables have a window view. So If you want the view you may have to wait. We were there at 7pm and there was still a wait to be seated, and school is not out yet for the summer. So go early or expect a wait. I saw a lot of Kids walking around with Rogue Frisbee's, so I think the kids meals are either served on a Frisbee or with one. This is not a "bar" so it is as family friendly as a Brew Pub can be.

We went here for lunch and had a great experience. Service was fast and friendly. We got the Kobe Blue balls to start and although ok they seemed to be needing a sauce. My husband ordered the Smokehouse Stack burger and loved it and I thought the cheesy mac n cheese was incredible. It was so creamy and cheesy! We went around 2 pm so likely missed the lunch rush. Great, fun place! Also very family friendly, there were lots of kids in tge restaurant.
