I've eaten a lot of Chinese food around the world and, with the sole exception of the hot and sour soup, which was adequate, what i was served at this establishment was a big, big disappointment. The dishes were small of portion, one dish tasted pretty much like the other, to the extent it had any real flavor at all, even the hot oil was bland. Prices are substantial. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and attentive and the facility is very nice. We had lunch on a Tuesday noon and the place was less that a third full and mostly populated by older ladies. The executive chef's name is Juan Trujillo, not terribly indicative of a strong Asian culinary background.
