A little diner type place with counters. They have draft and wine.
The best vegan ! We had a French dip the Eugenewich, featured on Triple D ( food network) fries, cheesy jalapeno hush puppies, and banana cake. Washed down with a local draft beer. Eugene has lots of brewery. All super good. Love the sandwiches. YUM
Even if you're not a Vegan, so to try a great meal.

Wonderful sandwiches, it was hard to believe they were vegan! DO NOT pass up the dessert case! Everything was delicious! Also, the servers were super friendly. We enjoyed our visit immensely!

Had been wanting to try it for a while...arranged to go with a friend.
This is a classic diner experience catering to vegans / vegetarians.
They do a great job!
Fries, grits, gravy, potatoes, desserts!
There are a lot of options that are fried...but if you're vegetarian or vegan you can probably afford to splurge in the calorie department once in a while...go for it!
super tasty.
I loved the zucchini soup!

Not necessarily the place to go for the healthiest vegan meal ever (think of salad bars), but absolutely a great destination for a taste of delicious vegan options to traditional animal-based comfort foods, like burger, omelets and the works. The oat burger was to die for. The fish sandwich would have been improved with some seaweed added in (a delcious tempeh tuna can be made from tempeh, nori flakes, lemon, salt and mayo). The omelet was a creative idea, involving baking some pureed tofu mix: could have used some Kala Namak salt or other eggy flavoring. But all in all, a fun Fifties Diner atmosphere and friendly staff and a wonderful contribution to plant based eating. Would definitely return. Also, a good place to bring meat loving friends.

Thank you for your great review, Susan! We appreciate you!

We actually do have a lot of healthy items on our menu, and the burger you mentioned is one of them. Our buns and hoagies are also whole grain, and our cashew based sauces have no added oil. We keep our sodium levels in check and use 95% organic ingredients and make 95% of everything in house.

We do use kelp in our Phish. I’ll check with the cooks to make sure a batch didn’t get made without it.

Hope to see you again soon!

We arrived for an early dinner and had to wait for approximately 20 minutes to get seated. The place was full, so it made me feel like we picked a good place to eat. I had the Reuben sandwich and the calamity chowder. The sandwich was delicious however I didn't enjoy the chowder. Whatever ingredient they use to make the chowder take on a "fish" flavor just didn't appeal to me. However, my wife tried the chowder and she liked it, so I suggest you get a small cup instead of the bowl if you're curious. My wife had the BBQ JO with the slaw. It was delicious.
