Once you get to this hotel, you will be happy. Its not an ideal location for a Holiday Inn Express; right off the highway, back behind other businesses, but its all HI Express inside. You can hear the road, but if you shut all the shades/etc.....it blocks out enough to get a good night sleep. The rooms and price really help, way better than the alternative in Central Point.

Front desk staff was great, so was AM breakfast staff.

This Holiday Inn has been our half way stop between LA and Seattle for 4 years and have never been disapointed. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. There is room for parking our 26' boat when in tow. One note is check different sites before making your reservations. I find different rates when using Tripadvissor verses the priority club web site.

King whirlpool suite is great. Exceptionally clean hotel. Easy access to walk your dog. Very nice staff.

We stayed here for a few days in September, and really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly - everyone from the front desk to the cleaning crew. The accomodations were clean and modern, and the room and bed very comfortable. Breakfast that was included was on the up-side of the typical hotel breakfast. I got a great deal with a government rate. THe only downside was getting in or out of the hotel parking lot - the adjacent Pilot truck stop was always busy, and you were always dealing with slow-moving trucks or trucks that partially blocked the road.

Hotel is easily accessible from I-5 and is very clean. We would definitely recommend it for a one night stay. Unfortunately, we stayed 3 nights in a regular guest room which was way too small. If had to do over, would have selected a king suite. The regular rooms do not have a refrigerator which doesn't work well when you are visiting the wineries of the area. The lighting in the room was poor, especially the bathroom. Hotel does not have luggage racks so had to use the ottoman for second suitcase. The hotel appears to be fairly new, but the mattress in our room definitely needed to be replaced. The breakfast was not as good as other HIE . Would have preferred a few more healthy choices. The staff did a good job of keeping it serviced. The weather was beautiful, but no place to sit outside. We were travelling with two other couples and would have enjoyed sitting outside while visiting. The only restaurants within walking distance were fast-food types and a truck stop so had to drive for a nice meal.

Room Tip: Regular guest rooms do not have a refrigerator and are small.
