We stayed two nights at this LaQuinta. I don't usually write poor reviews but customers need to be aware of the poor management in this hotel. #1 The receptionist also does the laundry. Don't expect anyone to be at the desk in the lobby. You have to ring a bell and wait. The hairdryer in the room was broken so I called down to the front desk and asked for another one to be brought up to my room. I was told that she did not have time to run one up to me but I could run up and down the hall and look for a housekeeper. #2 No masks during the covid outbreak. The evening receptionist had her daughter (about 8 - 10 years old) who was very noisy and riding a hover board around the lobby. Neither had masks on. The kid was so noisy that I could hear her all the way through the elevator shaft from the lobby to the 3rd floor. #3 Filthy. They don't clean the rooms if you stay a second day. On the 2nd day when I asked them to take our the garbage and provide fresh towels I was told I had to request this on check in and the housekeepers had gone home for the day. Other guest had thrown their garbage, take out boxes and dirty linen in the hallway where it sat waiting for someone to pick...More
