We stayed one night in #23, the Puffin Suite; a one bedroom, full kitchen, huge bathroom unit. The views, as stated already, are beautiful. Big clear windows, full-on ocean and river viewing, small private deck for enjoying salty air.
These suites were custom built by the owners, so not only is everything new, it feels like a quality private home. Lovely glass tile backsplash in the kitchen and bathroom, nice fixtures, maple cabinets with a craftsman style. A fun mix of new furnishings with a few antiques. King bed has a pillow top and is comfortable, there is a Murphy bed in the living room. Kitchen is fully functional, and as another reviewer said, there is a dishwasher, and that made clean up so much easier.
The comfort of the suite, access to a free washer/dryer, surprisingly large bathroom, amazing light filled main room, quiet-end-of-town location, well insulated rooms (heard our neighbors only twice in the hallway, and there are 6 suites total), combined with the great deal they gave us for mid-week made this a memorable experience, and we hope to be back!!
My only real complaint is the TV (I said this in my review of their Haystack location, too).
In the main living room, it is placed too high for comfortable viewing, right above the fireplace. Although the look is sleek and streamlined, if you want to zone out in the evening after walking on the beach and reading, it is not at a comfortable height. I know, you don't go to the beach to watch TV, but if you want to enjoy a movie, watch it in the bedroom, more comfortable viewing, IMO.
Easy walk into town, nothing blocking your view of the beach, quiet, homey; just wonderful!

Room Tip: I think every one of these is a winner!

We stayed in the Osprey suite. It was clean, bright, new and comfortable. The views from the living room, kitchen and bathroom were breathtaking. The jetted tub was comfortable and immaculate. There was plenty of space for our family of four. Clean, easy to use kitchen. Walking distance from town and steps away from the beach. Fast, easy internet. There was even a washer and dryer available to us at no extra charge. We only stayed two nights. Next time we will stay longer. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite on the top floor. (lots of stairs) Family of 5. It looked bigger online. The rooms are very small and have to stash luggage sitting up in a corner. The beds are also extremely firm. The small sofa bed is a typical spring filled mattress but, my 12 year old didn't mind it. We like jetted tubs, ours was very small, can't even stretch out your legs but deep (if you have knee problems or are older it is a shower combo and my provide difficult getting in and out). The other rooms with the seperate tub and shower looked much better. The kitchen supplies were sufficient and nice to have. Location was fine. Places to have a fire on the beach. Sea gulls and dogs pesky but, that is any where anymore. Main complaint is that the room was caked in dust. The lamp base, TV, baseboards, wood blinds etc. Assumed maybe it hadn't been rented for a while in winter. I asked a polite young man to take care of it and tipped him generoulsy. Nothing was done. Parking also not adequate for guests.

Spent the nite here in early March, winds were howling, rain was going sideways. In otherwords it was a perfect nite at the beach. This place is right on the beach and easy walking distance to all of Cannon Beach.
