I'm an airline crew member, so I stay at lots of hotels, including Holiday Inn all the time.

So there's some good:

-Located downtown Tulsa
-Has shuttle to airport
-Rooms are clean
-pillows and beds comfortable
-refrigerator in room
-staff in bar and restaurant are friendly
-eggs & bacon were good
-really good tasting ice water

And there's some not so great:
-aging and feels dark and dated
-small workout room - not much equip.

Stayed: September 2017, travelled on business
Thank al c

Dear Al C,
Thanks so much for the feedback, we're always looking for ideas to improve our guest experience. Happy to hear that you found our rooms clean and comfortable, we know how important " crew rest" is to our airline partners!
On your next visit through Tulsa I hope you're able to enjoy more of the Boulder Grill menu, not just breakfast. We also offer our guests complimentary passes to the YMCA, located just a block away, should you need a more challenging workout!
Always a pleasure having your crews stay with us, and hopefully on your next visit we can do better than OK!
Safe travels,
Peter Arscott

My hubby and I spent an extended weekend for a concert and relaxing downtown. The Tulsa downtown area was a nice surprise. The hotel is in a great location for walking to most points of interest but they also have a free shuttle that was very quick and accommodating. Nice onsite bar and restaurant.

We have stayed at this location several times over the past 10 plus years.

This Holiday Inn has continued to be a well maintained and a quiet comfortable place to relax and enjoy downtown Tulsa.

Many restaurants nearby and close to the Civic Center and Ball Park add to the advantages of this location.

Extremely quiet to the place I thought our room was the only one occupied on the 14 floor. There were a few glitches, the room could have been colder ( I like 68 ) and the hot tub was hit and miss with its jets. I think both were due to the extreme heat in Tulsa that weekend (97 degrees). The pool was a immaculate and the perfect way to end the evening for us middle aged people who danced too much. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when I return.

Dear Huntington_W_V_Chap,
Judging by your reference to "too much dancing", we assume the wedding was a lot of fun! So glad to hear that our pool and hot tub were able to assist with any consequences...:)
Thanks so much for the kind comments, I'll be sharing with our team. Hope to see you again should your travels bring you back to the great little city of Tulsa!

Had a one day stop for business travel and pleased to have booked this property. From arrival through check out the staff here really shine with a home town friendliness you would expect in a local cafe. Lobby bright and modern with seating space for impromptu meetings (or staff will help find you a quiet spot in the restaurant). Parking garage on site with direct access to hotel makes even more convenient (hint: check in first...you will need your room key). Had wonderful king room, clean...admittedly a bit dark and dated but overall in good repair. Bathroom was spacious enough and a bit more modern. Furnishings were sturdy, nice TV (with too many channels for the time I had available) and a small fridge for those who bring their own. Grab and go offerings beside front desk had waters, juices, snacks, etc. The restaurant here...fantastic. Trying to tell what was better, the servers or the food. No free breakfast but far below typical hotel pricing (and larger portions than expected). Prices/portions on par with a good diner. Food quality on par with a fine dining establishment. Quite surprising for a hotel setting. (Did I mention the staff was great...well, worth mentioning again). Had zero snags on this stay...will now be my go to for Tulsa area travel.

Room Tip: Get a balcony room on 15th floor to upgrade experience

Greetings From Tulsa!
Wow, we are thrilled that you were able to experience all that our hotel and team have to offer in just an overnight stay! Our Boulder Grill catches a lot of people off guard, (pleasantly so!), at least those expecting typical hotel fare.
Thanks so much for staying, and I'll be sure to share your comments with the team. Be sure to come and see us again should your travels bring you back to Tulsa!
