Our family of 4 has stayed several times this year. Each time we have the most wonderful service and a fantastic room! The staff is very attentive and friendly. We highly recommend staying here for pleasure or business. It’s surrounded by great restaurants and bars, as well as having their own that knock it out of the park with service and views. We will be back!

We just love the Ambassador Hotel properties. They are all so unique with superior service and amenities. First time staying at this one in OKC and was right on par with other experiences. Nice touches here that differ from others in which we've stayed: rooftop bar very cool, outside seating area and pool area were lovely, exceptional (free) shuttle service, and newly renovated restaurant (we didn't eat there, but it looked amazing.) So close to fabulous restaurants and an easy walk to the moving Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum. Street noise and new light rail construction in front of hotel were worth the positives that outweighed those issues.

Hi World_Traveler_Food,

Thanks for staying with us, as well as our Ambassador "Sisters" in other cities! I'm happy that we delivered on the expectations that they set, and also delighted to hear that you picked up on and enjoyed the small differences that set us apart as well. Thanks for your patience with the construction outside-- we are excited to get it over with and have the pleasure of a Street Car here in OKC! Hopefully it is up and running during you next stay with us!

Thanks again for your feedback, and come again soon.

Great location in Midtown. Restaurants, nightlife, botinque shopping...all the comforts within walking distance. This hotel has wonderful rooms. The corner deluxe king suite has a soaking tub and large glass shower. Generous size room with sitting area, desk, coffee bar and more. They have a small but adqueate fitness center and the pool area also is cozy with bar and room service. The pool is a salt water system and it was very enjoyable. Room service is delicious. The hotel restaurant is a French bistro and they do a good job with the room service menu. There is a roof top bar for evening cocktails with an amazing view of Oklahoma City. I highly recommend this hotel for people wanting a less tourist type stay. Close but outside of Bricktown.

Room tip: The extra $$ for a corner suite is well worth it!

We had a planning session with my group of coworkers and managers. They set us up at a very nice meeting room on the top floor with a terrace with a really nice view!!!!
They catered for the brak and lunch and it was superb. Aqua Panna water, frsh orange juice, everything just outstanding !!!!!
I can only imagine what it is to stay there!!!!

Excellent hotel and great service. There is a small amount of construction going on at the 1st floor of the hotel as they are improving the dining area/restaurant. Also, city of OKC is in the process of building a trolley rail system in the area. However, these two small inconveniences. Upon completion, the trolley rail system will be ideal for all of OKC and this hotel.

The Ambassador staff were extremely professional and service was A+++++. The O Bar (rooftop bar on the top floor of the Ambassador ) had great drinks and has one of the best views of downtown OKC.

Last, my wife and I are Platinum Elite (Marriott) members and were extremely satisfied with our stay.

Room tip: Request a high floor and enjoy your stay. The beds are very....very comfy and the showers are very large. A++++++++

Hello frequenttraveler9668
Thanks for being a loyal Marriott traveller, and for sharing your experience with us! It is always encouraging to hear the positive feedback of such veteran travelers as yourself, and we're delighted that you enjoyed your time with us! We're frustrated by the construction, particularly out in the street (we finally finished our inside rennovation finally) but are so hopeful of the positive change that it will bring to OKC and its guests. Thanks for being patient with us and with is, and we hope to see you again when it's all completed.
