We loved our stay here! Super clean and the staff were all very helpful and polite! The room, halls and bathrooms were very clean. We were not disturbed by the people in the pool in anyway, even though we were about 3 doors down.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Hyatt Place, and we hope to return for another visit to Oklahoma City in the future. We were impressed with the room as well as the excellent breakfast. We were also happy about the 12 PM checkout so we were able to be relaxed.

For the price >100 a night this is a good hotel. Lobby was nice and it was the fastest check-in I have ever had at any hotel.
This is also one of the bigger "standard king" rooms that I have stayed. Had a sofa and wet bar area.
We didn't have breakfast either morning, but there were many people that were.

The only drawbacks is that it isn't in a great part of town and the pool area is in need of serious upkeep/upgrade. The pool was ok, but the rust on all the doors and the ceiling is peeling pretty bad.

Overall I would def stay here again for the price and quality of the room.

Typically, I like the Hyatt brand hotels. But this is a very low quality hotel dressed up to look better. Do not stay here without ear plugs. We avoided the dreaded traffic noise from one end of the hotel that sits yards from the highway. But the walls are so thin you hear everything from every other room. Every flush, hand wash, door close, drawer use, tv, and footsteps. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom (is that legal). The cooling system seemed to barely function, resulting in a very hot room in the middle of the night. If this is the direction Hyatt is going, I won't be staying with them.

By calling the hotel location rather than the 800 number, I was able to secure a rate for $89/night rather than $139. (I am a AAA member, so that helped.) This rate included a full, hot breakfast! We had 2 adults and 2 children in our party, and the accommodations were perfect: 2 full-size beds and a pull-out sleeper. The location includes an indoor pool, which was really nice since it would have been too cold to swim outside in March. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. The ONLY negative is that I44 was built after the hotel, and it is a busy highway. Be sure to ask for a back room, and you'll be OK. The hotel is right on Classen Blvd., so you can get to any of the wonderful downtown venues very easily without having to go through horrific road construction. I will stay there again.

Room Tip: Get on the fourth floor if possible at the end that is furtherest away from I44.
