We were about midway through a cross country move, trying to keep it on the cheap side, but when I saw the 21c I knew it was an experience we wouldn’t want to miss, and it did not disappoint. The room was huge and spotless, the bed super comfy, and spending “a night at the museum” was everything I hoped for and more! If I am ever in a 21c city again there is no question I will be staying there.

The lobby is an art gallery and just fabulous. We traveled by car from Dallas and were exhausted when we got to the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the lobby. It was so nice and airy with a sophisticated feeling I did not expect. The rooms are large lofts and have such cool hallways with art everywhere. Mary Eddy's restaurant was great-the chef is top notch-the food was all A+ and service was A+.
If we ever travel again to OKC we will stay here for sure. The only issue is parking but they have valet at the door. There is a garage behind the hotel that is a short walk. Valet was about $28 per night.

I arrived late and had to leave early for a meeting in the morning, but the short time I was in the 21c was made memorable by their amazing collection of art and great design of the interior spaces. I can't wait to come back to OKC and spend another night.

We stayed at the 21c for a wedding. What they don't tell you is it is in the part of the town that is being revitalized. All well and good but you are half a block from a homeless shelter. You do not want to walk around down there. There is construction across the street from the hotel. Bring earplugs. The "curtains" in our room pretty much felt like large shower curtains and were about that attractive. The artwork is truly wonderful and we did appreciate that. The shower was wonderful as well. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable. A smallish tv in the room. It reminded me more of a futuristic hospital room than a hotel room. I believe the ceilings were at least 15 ft. high or higher. As a result, the room felt like a meat locker! It is very noisy inside since the hallways are large and open and the doors do not give you any soundproofing. When we arrived at the hotel the valet looked at us and then went and helped the person who arrived after us. There were 5 of us and we needed the luggage cart. When I thanked him (sarcastically) for letting me load my own luggage, he then came and helped us. You can't really tell who the staff is since they were wearing jeans, shorts etc. At least a polo shirt with a name tag would have been helpful! We arrived at 4 pm which was check in time. They didn't have my daughter and son in law's room ready. They told us they were "working" on it. We went to our room and saw housekeeping on the other side of our room working. I asked her about the room next to us and she said she didn't take care of that side. The manager insisted that they were in there working although there was absolutely no one there! As a result, my daughter missed out on the photos that were being done of them because the hotel screwed up. We ordered room service. A big mistake. I ordered a grilled cheese. Since they are trying to be upscale, it was described as "local cheese curds, tomato jam, basil aioli and I asked for bacon. I asked for swiss cheese because they couldn't tell me what the "local cheese curds" were and to skip the tomato jam and aioli. What I got was a gooey mess and there were chunks of bacon, not slices. As a bacon lover I normally would be ok with that EXCEPT that it was chunks of bacon fat! After a few bites I was done.
And in case you haven't noticed, it is not cheap. My chances of going back are slim and none with none having the lead.

Sightsee, my apologies for the guest service issues you experienced. This is not indicative of the high standards that we strive for, and I have immediately shared your feedback with my Director of Rooms. Our hope is that we can welcome you back again in the near future and deliver the 21c experience. If at all possible, I would appreciate the opportunity to visit with you and learn more about your experience. Your feedback only makes us better! Thank you so much.

I've been travelling 45 years. Nobody gets 100percent right but this place was close.
The theme of modern art is cool. The artist who painted Obama's portraits had two in there one similar to theirs. That is not a political comment but rather on the quality of art. The history of the building as a model T factory and the restaurant floor was the old showroom.
We didn't eat there but an attractive area. The coffee bar was a great blend.
The rook was nice and utilitarian and CLEAN. The columns for the factory are used and make an interesting look
The neighborhood is probably 8 months from being complete but you can see the potential.
