We like Springhill because we always have good experiences. The hotel smelled nice and clean. We were early, arriving around 130 and were told we couldn't check in until 3 so we decided to get some lunch. Called at 230, was told that the rooms (5 of us in 3 different rooms) were ready. Got back around 315 and at first told the rooms aren't ready yet. Judith at first seemed very irritated but was able to switch our room and her attitude changed and she became more friendly.
Room was clean, tub drained properly, beds were a bit hard but I still slept good.
Breakfast was pork sausage and bland eggs. There was oatmeal, cereal, waffle maker and different breads.
Every housekeeping staff that we passed was very friendly and said good morning.
Checkout was quick and easy.
Hotel was close to everything.
Would definitely stay here again!More
