It is missing only the gas pump, but with the Amish driving in on horse and buggy it is not needed. I stopped in for ice cream and enjoyed very much simply watching the people coming go. Since it is the only store within driving distance for a horse, the Amish pick up their meats and cheeses as well as basic food needs. It has some of the other basic staples that one would expect an old-time general store to have . Located in a small town of Winesburg on US 62 it is not the typical tourist trap. It has about a half dozen tables for sitting and eating or drinking coffee. I think you’ll enjoy it.
