The hotel was clean. Very hard beds. No extra blankets....too hot or too cold with provided bedding. They don't even have blankets. Very small rooms. No room service. No breakfast coupons. Very limited meal times. Limited pool times. No available dishes or cutlery so that microwave could be used.

Hi there 808deeb! We look at every review as a gift from each customer and really appreciate all of the feedback we get. Thank you for taking the time! Your time is valuable and we are grateful for the time you took to let us know about your experience. We do feel that it's important to point out a couple of items in response to your comments;

1. Our breakfast is served for four hours each morning; 6a - 10a Monday - Friday and 7a - 11a on the weekends. We are closed for lunch every day and we are open for dinner 5p - 9p seven days a week (while our bar stays open until 10p or later every night.) We're sorry if these hours seem limited. We're not looking to be comparable to stand-alone restaurants where their only service food service but we do feel that our restaurant operating hours do accommodate our guests fairly well by and large. Additionally, we DO offer room service during the dinner hours; 5p - 9p.

2. We're definitely sorry that you did not enjoy our Serta Perfect Sleeper bed. As you can imagine, Hilton spends A LOT of time researching mattresses as it's a bit part of our service/product/experience. It's very hard to find a mattress that works for 100% of our guests and understand that they won't hit the mark on occasion. We do, however, offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee because THAT is important to us and no matter the reason, if you're not happy, we'll give you a refund.

3. There are dozens of hotel brands out there that all cater to unique travelers and offer different amenities. While the Hilton portfolio of hotels does have brands that offer breakfast complimentary, our particular brand does not. We also certainly don't claim to offer free breakfast and work hard at being totally transparent about that on our website and informational materials. While our hot, made-to-order, all-you-can-eat buffet is not free, it's a great deal at $9.95 per person!

4. Because we do not often get a requests for extra blankets from our guests, we didn't think it was necessary to have 125+ extra blankets in the hotel (imagine the closets needed for that!) However, we do have extra on hand to cover the requests that come through and would have been happy to bring you some had we known you needed them. Even if we didn't have extra, we would have gone and purchased some for you! We do our absolute best to accommodate our guests to the best of our abilities! Same applies to plates and cutlery for your in-room use. We'd be happy to have those items delivered to you.

5. We're definitely sorry that our guestrooms were not large enough for your needs. This is another example of what we offer that is different from other Hilton products or hotel chains. Our guestrooms easily accommodate the king or two queen beds plus a soft chair/ottoman, large desk, desk chair, night stands, 42" flat screen TV (larger than the industry average of 36"), microwave/refrigerator/Keurig coffe maker hutch, and dresser that they all include.

The staff is very friendly and make you feel welcome. The food is fantastic!
If you are in the area and looking for a clean place to stay this is it.
I stay here every other week. I would never choose another place!

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. Hilton Garden Inns are a very nice, mid-level, brand hotel. You don't get free breakfast but it is a very nice hotel and this particular Hilton Garden Inn is in a very good location with restaurants and shopping near by. It works great for business, with several large offices located in the ares, and for leisure with easy access to the freeway and restaurants and shopping.

The hotel was very nice and new. I particularly enjoyed the location which provided lots of things to do and was close to several activities that we wanted to participate in. This hotel sits in a town-like complex with several nice restaurants and bars, all of which are clean and new. The staff was very friendly.

I've worked at a hotel a couple years ago so I know what to expect from the front desk staff. Checking in was a breeze, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. However, the best service I received was from Rose. Rose is possibly the nicest, most genuine human being I have ever encountered. We talked for a little while, and it felt as if two old friends were catching up about life. Rose made my stay one I will never forget. She works late and thru the night but if you have the pleasure of meeting her, consider yourself lucky. She's one in a million! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Hilton Garden Inn, but especially you, Rose!
