Darling! You've arrived at last!
With this booming cry we were warmly greeted by our host Belinda who was tending her immaculate cottage garden. We immediately felt welcomed and at home.
Primrose Cottage was one of our highlight stays that we were looking forward to as we travelled around Tasmania, and there was nothing we could fault about it.

A chilled bottle of champers awaited us to celebrate an impending birthday, and we followed clear instructions on how to heat our wheat packs, as we waited for Kerry’s homemade fresh scones with jam and cream.
Each room was filled with fresh flowers, and we wandered around the garden, glass in hand admiring the hard work and imagination (not to mention the green thumbs!) of the team of gardeners that lovingly tend to this piece of paradise.

Later, we lit the fireplace, and enjoyed a deep bubble bath.
From the gardens of Primrose Cottage you can see the ocean. What a position!
Make sure you say hello to their resident sheep, and enjoy the freshly laid eggs for your breakfast.

Highlights would be noticing the thoughtful touches:
scented room spray
Bath salts
Fresh baked bread
Wheat packs (how good is that!)
Latest DVD movies to watch
A stacked fire ready to light up
Complimentary port and chocolates
Rubber duck to play with in the bath
Warm rugs to snuggle under sitting outside

Belinda and Kerry have made a stunning and warm comfortable stay, where nothing has been overlooked.
Thank you both so much, we’ll definitely be back!

Room tip: Look in the hide-away laundry for your wheat-warmers and rugs

We booked in for two nights on our honeymoon - we felt so spoilt by Belinda with fresh baked bread and scones with jam and cream. Champagne as a special gift - awesome! Everything is top quality and we wish we could have stayed longer! Such a treasured memory for our Tassy trip! Thank you Belinda and Kerry!

Loved this place, we used this as a stopover to break up our tour de Tasmania, but I reckon it should have been a longer stay. I cannot say enough of Belinda and her husband of what a great place the cottages are, well worth it. Side mention, there is so much to see in Swansea/Coles Bay Area, a must see, also the weather was fantastic. Thank you.

Private quiet stone cottage set in a beautiful garden close to Swansea. Hosts Belinda and Kerry have thought of every detail to make a stay here really special, including freshly baked bread and scones. Hope to return one day!

My partner and I stay at the cottages for two nights and were pleasantly surprised by how wonderful this place was! Belinda and Kerry couldn't do enough to help us, and we had such a wonderful and relaxing time! We were welcomed by fresh bread, eggs, and scones on arrival! It was just bliss and we would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax - all of the little extra's really made a difference and the fireplace was all set up for us so that we only had to light it, there was port for us to drink, we had plenty of heating and blankets and the kitchen was very well stocked! Thank you for such a lovely stay.
