Great room - refurbished, clean and modern. Bed very comfortable. Staff all helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good but not outstanding. Kettle with plenty of tea and coffee in room and toiletries in bathroom - bring your own hair conditioner.
Pet friendly - bed, bowl and ball provided.

Arrived to a very big Queen Suite which had everything you would expect of a good hotel room. Bed and Pillows were very comfortable, Coffee machine actually worked I had a very relaxed evening and felt fully rested in the morning. Will definitely recommend the Queen suite any day.

Room Tip: Any of the suites is really ideal for couples and families.

Just arrived home from a two night stay at this hotel, due to a family wedding. Issues surrounding hot water mentioned several times but staff on reception could not seem to care less. Hotel cleanliness is poor, and I found myself wiping sides down! After (again) reception not taking this seriously. Will not be staying again.

Arrived on a very cold snowy day, we found our room on the second floor and was shocked to find the window wide open so the room was freezing.
The complimentary toiletries in the bathroom had been used already. On the morning of departure, a member of housekeeping knocked on our door an hour before check out time, when we opened the door she just said "oh sorry" and left.
The room was smaller than expected but adequate. Very old windows and radiators , blurred glass so cannot see out of the window but there was only a brick wall to see.
The website raves about 24hr room service but doesn't mention the £5 tray charge they want for the trouble of bringing it to you.
Nice bathroom but room needs updating.
TGI Friday right next door was handy.

Was made feel very welcome by all staff. Stayed here overall for about 5-6weeks on and off. Very friendly and helpful especially Sharife and Hatice. They really went the extra mile for us. I would stay here again.
