“180 degree views of borderlands and starry skies, Georgian vibe with roaring fires and clucking chickens”
Reviewed 25 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

Spent a wonder-filled week here with un-seasonally fabulous weather! Accommodation comfortable with all required facilities for two late octogenarians and a wheelchair user - views stupendous of border hills - from Cheviots in South west to 3 Sisters West and Pentlands North, unimaginably clear skies carpeted in stars and crescent moon, sunsets to die-for with a glass of white wine on the terrace. Great stuff!

“Fantastic place to stay”
Reviewed 14 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

Just back from a relaxing week at this top of the range holiday cottage
When I stayed here about four years ago the cottage was great and I have been very impressed by the fact that the owner continually improves, upgrades and refurbishes to the highest standards.. Northumberland is fabulous and this cottage is a home from home with lovely top quality furnishings and great facilities in a rural area. The owner is friendly, professional very helpful, hope very much to visit again.

“Simply Wonderful!”
Reviewed 5 August 2013 for a stay in June 2013

Great cottage and wonderful host, nothing is too much for Robert and he really makes you feel as if you are long lost friends. To arrive to find a cosy fire and homemade cakes was just perfect (especially the cream scones they are second to none!) The cottage is very nicely decorated and the ground floor bedroom worked well for my disabled father having its own well equiped wet room.
Well placed to visit lots of beautiful places, Floors Castle (great homemade food in the walled garden cafe is not to be missed), Berwick upon Tweed town walls are even wheel chair friendly, Holly Island simply peaceful and relaxing)
All in all great place, we will definitely be back Robert, Thank you
