We have just got back from having a really lovely evening at Petit Delight, food was lovely, staff were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere was lovely, couldn't fault it, we will certainly be going back. Looking forward to the deli opening, will certainly be buying some of the wonderful bread!!

Petite Delight is a very "apt" name for this delightful French Restaurant, which is located in the very heart of Old Cleethorpes, which is a very special area for me, having married from number 47 sea view st in 1964 when the restaurant premises were then the very very lively Queens Pub.What a charming restaurant this is with a feeling of actually being in a french bistro. Myself and my family have visited on many occasions, and have never been disappointed. The standard and quality of the food is excellent, and whether you are there to eat or just for coffee, the warmth and friendliness of the staff remains the same, but don't just take my word for it,try it,and see for yourself. Louise, Joyce and staff will be there to greet you with their usual warm welcome. Well done Petite Delight.

I've visited on other occasions for coffee and lunch, food and service have always been good if a little pricey. Today, I called in with a friend for a late breakfast. We had a plain croissant each with jam and butter and some coffees. It was all delicious. Waitresses were extremely helpful and friendly. There was no delay in service despite it being quite busy. Coffee was refilled without needing to ask. It is a little pricey but to be honest, its worth it for the quality and pleasant waiting staff. A mixture of people in including business people and shoppers. Will definitely be a regular. It's civilised which is what Cleethorpes is crying out for.

Visited Petit Delight last sunday for lunch originally going to have the special grands classsiques de la brasserie ( £9.95) but decided to start with l'escargots and chicken liver pate both superb. I followed with half spit roast chicken my husband had the bavette steak both served with super salad and frites( bavette cooked to perfection, I had to try a bit) with carafe of house Rose. Finished off with chocolate and coconut tart and creme brulee ...fab. They also have superb cheese. I love the decor and the whole atmosphere ,makes me feel I am in France and somewhere special , favorite place to eat out, can't wait till next visit.

The interior decor is very pleasing. The service is sometimes a bit slow but the waitressed are personable and pleasant. The menu is compact but the dishes are satisfying-lovely tea and coffee too...I usually visit once a week with friends and always enjoy the experience..
