“The best B and B ever”
Reviewed 28 May 2012

Its quite a while since I wrote a review I got out of the habit some time ago but on this occasaion I have made an exception Browns Rooms is something special. I think its all been said before and its all true. The hosts Rebekah, Tim and little Felix nothing is to much trouble home make cakes when you arrive fantastic breakfast rooms first class they make you feel part of the family. Its just come to if Carlsbery made a B and B then this would be it. If you don't lilke Browns Rooms then I give up, oh yes we've booked in for next weekend and that is true as well.

There is nothing better than looking out to sea with a pot of tea and one of Rebeka's freshly baked cakes! Stylish, imaginative local food and nothing too much trouble. It is also very good value and a haven for single female travellers looking for that extra bit of security. It is the leader for others to hopefully follow and thoroughly deserves its growing success. If you like Emma Ball china, crisp Eygptian cotton and Peck Sniff toiletries this is the place for you. It cannot be faulted.

Room Tip: The large family room has the lovely sea view.

We were made to feel extremely welcome the moment we walked through the door, with hot drinks and biscuits! Rebekah the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. The bedroom was much larger than we would have expected and was immaculately clean. Breakfast was amazing, big variety to choose from and delicious (the homemade bread was beautiful!). Will definitely return again on our next trip to Clee.

I won't go into details of Cleethorpes, because if you are visiting you obviously have a reason to do so.
If you are looking for beautiful sheets, clean rooms( perfectly decorated) and the most welcoming best cake maker north of the Watford Gap and beyond!!!! Then stay at Browns!
As an ex local of the area I couldn't fault one single aspect of my stay......in fact if my mother was at her home in cleethorpes( sometimes she lives in spain and has a house close to this Gem) I would still take the option to stay at this beautiful retreat.
To meet Bek and Tim is an honour, I doubt you could meet more welcoming hosts ..
Book it now! I promises you won't be dissapointed!
